Developing the business case
Cornwell consultants have extensive experience of realistically assessing a client’s enterprise architecture requirements and developing appropriate strategies including the governance framework, to meet business requirements and budgets.
EA framework development
Our consultants work with clients to select an appropriate architecture framework and have considerable experience of all major frameworks (Zachman, TOGAF, DoDAF, MODAF, FEAP, etc.) in addition to providing a bespoke framework service where necessary.
Tool evaluation and selection
Based on client needs, we evaluate the large number of enterprise architecture tools available so that best value options can be selected.
EA maturity audit
Our experienced architects assess the existing architectural products (including models, specifications and standards) and the results can then be configured for any architecture framework.
Architecting
Our approach is different to the usual IT-orientated services because we have an unrivalled breadth of expertise that covers all aspects of the enterprise from strategy development, to business analysis and IT implementation.
Training
Our consultants provide training courses on EA and architecture frameworks, including executive breakfast briefings, one-day awareness courses and hands-on enterprise architect training.
