Since 1991, Cornwell’s team of consultants has successfully helped Defence organisations address and overcome a range of challenging technological and organisational issues including :
- Managing the information, documentation and change requirements of re-forming the MOD Head Office from numerous, disparate organisations (Project HOME).
- Supporting the implemenation of the largest IT infrastructure programme in Europe (Defence Information Infrastructure) and its rollout to the Fixed and Deployed areas.
- Providing point expertise in a diverse variety of areas including Training Needs Analysis for RAF fighter pilots and the developent of the blueprint for a new HR organisation (AFPAA).
- Developing and providing innovative organisational strategies to help deal with increasing business complexity, (for example Enterprise Architecture and MODAF).
