Developing shared services is a key imperative and Government departments are now striving to establish their own operations or preparing to be clients of other providers. Working at the centre and within departments and their agencies, Cornwell consultants are engaged in helping create business cases and in supporting major implementation programmes.
ICT is viewed as the main enabler of service improvement and efficiency across the entire transformation process. Establishing common technical standards and infrastructure are important parts of the strategy, but these need to be properly aligned with business strategies and objectives. Our consultants’ approach to Enterprise Architecture ensures this vital connection is explicitly defined.

We currently hold a number of framework contracts covering both general management and IS/IT consultancy with a range of departments.
