Catalist Framework
Catalist (formally S-Cat) was launched by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) to provide Public Sector organisations an easy access to high quality consultancy services. The services available under this framework are now available to both Public and Private sectors and provide clients with the following benefits:
- Compliance with EC regulations
- Provision of competitive fees
- Simple procedures for urgent requirements
- A wide choice of skills and services across multiple categories
- Easy to use
Cornwell is an established provider of services to the Public Sector and are well versed in all issues faced by our clients and have a strong record of success in this area. Under the original S-Cat contract we won a large number of assignments with project values ranging from £5,000 to over £750,000.
We were a prime contractor on four categories of the old S-Cat framework, of which three are still current. We have been successful on the Catalist (formerly S-Cat) frameworks, where we are part of two consortia, Acumen and SocManCo, for particular lots. We also have arrangements with other suppliers to access other Catalist frameworks when required.
