It is available as a Microsoft Word document to enable customisation of the specification. For those without access to Microsoft Word, or who do not wish to customise it, it is available as an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) file.
MoReq is now used throughout the world and is freely available electronically and on paper in a variety of forms and languages as shown here.
Cornwell is the centre of expertise on MoReq. As the architects and developers of MoReq, we have the greatest concentration of expertise and understanding concerning MoReq and its use. We frequently use MoReq in consultancy assignments and have an in-depth understanding of its structure and detail and its relationship with other key national and international standards.
Cornwell consultants are now intensely engaged with the DLM Forum, which is planning to update and enhance MoReq.

We understand that a version in Croat is available in paper form, title “MoReq - model zahtjeva za upravljanje elektronickim zapisima : specifikacija MoReq / [prijevod s engleskog jezika Tomislav Cepulic, Snjezana Ivanovic]” published Zagreb : Hrvatski drzavni arhiv, 2003, ISBN 953-6005-58-1 |
MoReq was originally written and published in English. Its success is illustrated by the fact that MoReq has been translated into at least eight languages. Note however that these translations have all been produced locally, without support or endorsement of the European Commission or Cornwell. The fidelity of the translations varies; some are very similar to the English language original; others vary.
