Our approach to business process re-engineering has been shaped by more than ten years’ experience of working with clients in the public and private sectors and incorporates two important dimensions:
- The difference between the physical definition of processes and the logical (value added) definition.
- The development of ‘As Is’ models demonstrating current organisational operation and ‘To Be’ models showing how the organisation will function in the future.
Cornwell consultants have access to business process re-engineering software tools including VISIO, IDEF0 and Metis by Computas. Tools are selected to meet individual client needs, taking account of an organisation’s specific policies and standards and after assessing knowledge transfer requirements.
