John O'Halloran - Local Services
Director. John has thirty years experience in consultancy
and management posts in Local Government, Central Government and
the private sector. His initial grounding in the public
sector was obtained in a number of posts in Committee administration
and the Chief Executive’s Department of Derby City Council.
Subsequently, as a team leader in the Management Effectiveness
Unit at Birmingham City Council he was responsible directly to
the Chief Executive. At Price Waterhouse John worked as
the principal senior manager in the local government practice
undertaking a very large number of assignments in all types of
authorities including County Councils, Metropolitan Boroughs,
London Boroughs, District Councils and Unitary Authorities. |

Andy Proudfoot - Director for Central Government.
Andy is an experienced consultant and practice manager.
After qualifying as a CIPFA accountant in local government, he
moved into consultancy with KPMG in 1987, helping to grow their
government practice and latterly taking the role of public sector
Group Manager in the South-east. He moved to Capita as Managing
Director of their consultancy operation in 1992, before joining
BDO Stoy Hayward's public sector consulting practice two years
later. He and a colleague conducted an MBO of the practice
in 1996, which was later rebranded as vantagepoint. The
company was sold to a publicly quoted engineering company in 2000,
and Andy stayed as Managing Director for two years. |

Angus Watson - Finance Director.
Angus is an ACA who qualified with Grant Thornton in London in
1986. After leaving the profession in 1988 he worked for IMS Health
Inc for fourteen years where he became CFO, Europe and Global
Services. Angus has also held senior financial positions in Hemscott
plc and Aegis Defence Services Limited. |
